Shouldice Athletic Park Pathway Erosion Control

Devcon repaired an eroded section of the Bow River bank along the pedestrian pathway beside Shouldice Athletic Park. Severe erosion had damaged the pathway and nearby infrastructure, leading the City and ALSA to contract Devcon for reconstruction.

Crews realigned and rebuilt the pathway, stabilized and reconstructed the riverbank, and installed new access stairs and erosion-protection measures. Additional landscaping and plantings improved bank stability, enhanced aesthetics, and supported long-term environmental resilience.
