Our Story

Solid ground begins with Devcon.

Legacy

Our Story

At Devcon, we believe every project begins with a vision. From a raw piece of land to a finished site, we take pride in sculpting the landscape into something lasting and purposeful. For us, it is not just about moving earth, it is about creating work you can stand back and admire, knowing it will be there for decades to come.

Founded in 2003 by a husband and wife team, Devcon was built on the desire to chart our own path and create success on our own terms. The name itself carries our family’s spirit, drawn from the initials of those closest to us. In 2013, the next generation joined the partnership and strengthened our foundation as a true family business.

Our very first machine, a Caterpillar D6N bulldozer, marked the beginning of countless projects. From our first building pad at an airport to an 8.5 million dollar river restoration project, we have continued to grow our expertise. Today, we remain a tight-knit, specialized company with a small crew and fleet, yet we deliver services on a large scale.

What sets us apart is the pride we take in doing things right. We believe in precision, in leaving every job site perfect, and in delivering results that meet the highest standards. Relationships are at the core of our success. We value the trust of our clients, the dedication of our team, and the friendships built along the way.

For us, success is not measured in dollars but in the satisfaction of building something meaningful. Whether it is a bridge that will stand for a century, a river brought back to life, or the look of a site completed on time and on budget, the reward is in the outcome. We are earthmoving specialists who are committed to offering high-quality, reliable service with honesty, care, and craftsmanship.
