Amrize (Lafarge)

Exshaw Quarry

From 2014 to 2019, Devcon was subcontracted by Lafarge (Amrize) to assist with limestone riprap production. Our scope of work included providing equipment and operators — including multiple rock trucks and excavators — to support ongoing production operations.

Devcon’s team handled loading, hauling, sorting, and managing various sizes of riprap, from initial blasted rock piles through to finished Class 1–4 materials. We collaborated with Lafarge’s production, crushing, and sorting plants to maintain steady material flow, ensure operational efficiency, and keep work areas clear. Our crews also helped load finished products for highway truck sales and distribution.
